Every Inkida piece is printed on demand by our US production partners after you order. Your delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Quick summary

• Production: 2 to 4 business days.
• Transit: 4 to 7 business days after production (lower 48 states).
• Total delivery time: usually 6 to 11 business days from order to delivery.
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout from the items in your cart. Heavier items such as sweatshirts cost more to ship. You always see the exact cost before you pay.
• Free shipping: US orders over $50 ship free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
• Tracking: you get a tracking email as soon as each package ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Production can take longer during Black Friday and the December holidays. Delivery times are estimates.

Orders with multiple items

Different products can be made at different US print facilities, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages. You get a tracking email for each one. Shipping charges at checkout already account for this.

Address changes

Email info@inkida.com within 12 hours of ordering and before production starts if you need to change your address. Returned packages caused by an incorrect address are covered in our Refund Policy.

Late, lost or damaged packages

See our Refund Policy or email us with your order number and we will sort it out with the carrier.
